Our personnel, contracted to the prime program manager,  lead a major transformation project to:

• establish a modern enterprise private cloud capability.

• migrate legacy workloads to the capability.

• implemented a DevOps Proof of Concept to allow agency personnel to gain practical DevOps toolchain experience prior to the development of a DevOps business case.
