Narada Consulting is assisting a Commonwealth Agency to develop, and then lead the implementation of, a detailed Cloud Implementation Project covering:

• Design of the Cloud Reference Architecture,

• Design of the Cloud Operating Model, including interactions with existing service providers and establishment of cloud centre of excellence,

• Design of the Cloud Governance Model, and

• Design of the Cloud Implementation Model and phased Cloud Implementation Plans.
