Narada Consulting is a Canberra based organisation specialising in ICT strategy and program delivery for Commonwealth government agencies, with a focus on capability transformation. Our current passion and interests are in public cloud services and assisting organisations with modern support and development approaches such as DevOps.
Our purpose is to assist Commonwealth government agencies achieve better value from their ICT investments. Whilst we are a small firm we have big game experience. Partners Stuart Gibson and Diana Gardner along with our personnel have significant experience advisory and delivery experience. In the last 6 years, our personnel have lead the sourcing of over $2b of ICT services and have directed transformation projects in excess of $200m.
We bring well rounded leadership, management and consulting to each of our engagements, but we are not generalist management consultants. We just do ICT and are proud to be part a challenging, vibrant and evolving industry. And as exciting as ICT is, we recognise that our purpose is to apply ICT in a way that delivers tangible business outcomes for our clients. Because in the end, our business is about assisting our clients deliver their business.

Our associates are other small business partners that we engage on a project by project basis. We have extensive experience working with them. We have no hesitation engaging them in our projects or separately referring them to our clients.
